They get hot when they are under load with props that are too big, but that's to be expected from any motor and high kv means lower torque and the more it has to work, the hotter it's going to be.
I ordered some crap on AliBaba, like the esc/receiver module and the body ($7 for a flat 75mm cutout of carbon fiber) and found a 3d print plan for the camera holder. VTX is hd-zero digital (not the best, not the worst).
First motors were Happymodel 0802 and, true to their word, they are a happy model, but these bring some pizzaz.

It is my first drone, so these are the only things so far that make it look like its builder didn't just pull the drone from his nose.

Took a while to get here though. Honestly forgot I ordered them. I built 2 other drones in the time it took for these to arrive and parts for those things still had to make it through customs.

Haven't crashed this thing yet, but I'm waiting on some new goggles before letting it free enough to smash it into trees and people with reckless abandon. They won't mind being hit by nips though. I can already tell.

Order received. Items as expected. Great shop to buy from selling items difficult to find in stock elsewhere.

The crown is very light weight (the lightest Omni whoop antenna available I believe) and is a significant improvement in video reception quality over stock linear antennas. It looks cool too.

I needed to get 5v to the camera system from various type of batteries and the "Boostybonky" worked perfect. Please excuse the bad soldering job but I am really glad it works!

This is my 3rd Fractal frame. I have 65mm Pro, 75mm and now 75mm Pro version. I am amazed!



75mm was the first, but now 65Pro and 75Pro are 2 my favourite!


For me 65Pro is the balance between small whoop feel, extra flight time and punch because of bigger props.


75Pro is still super small comparing with 2,5 inch and 3 inch drones, but the feel is closer to bigger quad.



Pro/Con
Because of carbon plate quad is not the lightest, but the payback is in strength! Huge benefit when comparing with classic whoop design. I have bunch of classic whoop frames with broken plastic standoff part where canopy is screwed in. A non existing problem for this design.

It could sound a minor benefit, but super important for me.
Flat formfactor (without protruding canopy)
I am traveling around a lot. Mostly one backpack setup. I am packing whole analog drone setup up to sub250 5 inch in TBS gear pouch. (Controller, Googles, repair gear, soldering iron, 4s charger and batteries etc. + drone ). Because of the flat drone design it is much safer to pack everything inside the pouch.
For me it is a game changer!
